Pinecrest started in 2018 as a one-roaster operation in a converted barn off Highway 89. Today we source single-origin beans from small farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala, and roast them in small batches every Tuesday and Friday.

If you've had our coffee at a cafe in Tahoe, Reno, or Sacramento — that's us. If you haven't yet, come by the cafe in Truckee. We'll pour you one.
